This is JLTI‘s original speciality, allowing any flat material to be converted economically, with a high degree of flexibility in implementation. It is the ideal solution for numerous technical problems, with gluing as an additional option.
Press operations: The selective cutters, semi-automatic presses and numerical control (NC) presses are suitable for medium and long runs.
All the internal and process operations which enable a finished product to be produced by flat cutting, using a tool on a press.
Manual operations: The raw material is “trimmed down” using slitters that slice the blocks of material to the required thickness (1.5 – 60mm or more). The sheets or rolls obtained by slitting must then be left for a week prior to applying adhesive or cutting: this is the stabilisation process.
Manual cutting, sanding, gluing, folding, grinding, partial or total adhesive coating, hot or cold vulcanisation, spooling, stitching and rectifying.
